Chefs Ricky Wilson and Adrian Duffy have created a menu to take advantage of local fresh seafoods, herbs & produce. Luca Gasperi’s Art Farm, amongst others, provides their finest. Enjoy our handmade breads and choose from delicious salads and appetizers like baked goat cheese medallions with fresh pears and dates in mesclun mixed, diver sea scallops on a bed of roasted red pepper coulis topped with kalamata tappenade, & Himalayan Salt Block Ceviche. Splurge with classic entrees such as duck a l’orange or Black angus filet mignon with its foie gras butter, prepared to perfection. Finally, complete the evening with amazing desserts created in Zebo’s kitchen. We recommend the cheese cakes…or the profiteroles. As St. Croix’s only wine bar/restaurant, we shop globally to create our wine list, ensuring the widest selection available, including organics. Zebo’s features a piano, professional pool table & lounge area with HD Plasma TV. We decorate our walls exclusively with local art, which is also for sale. Cheers!
